A Dali Blockbuster!

The first major tribute since 1979 to the king of Surrealism, Salvador Dali, has just opened at the Centre Pompidou. The 200+ works, which are shown chronologically, are in three themed categories. Also on display are rare drawings, photos, objets, and excerpts from film and television shows. The show promises to be a blockbuster, since the exhibition i33 years ago was the most-attended show in the history of the Pompidou–so be prepared for long lines. My recommendation is to go at night after 6pm, as the museum is open till 9pm on most nights.
