A Striking Scene

strikeThere were several big demonstrations in France yesterday and the largest one, as always, took place in Paris. It ended up at the Opera house where I took this photo. I thought it was pretty funny to take an anti-capitalist poster in front of two shiny adverts for Rolex and Commerzbank in the background! FYI, the sign roughly says: “Unrestricted capitalism equals people in danger.”

I luv how French people do so much protesting and marching! I wish I lived in a metropolitan city like Paris where I could just walk to things like that!
…I wouldn’t want to be a French government official tho—all the protesting would scare me that they’d go Antoinette on me!
