I just returned from the Forum des Images, and saw I Am Josh Polonski’s Brother by Raphael de Nadjari, and starring my friend Arnold Barkus (a writer/director based in NYC). Arnold plays Josh, but he's killed off in the first 10 minutes of the film. However, his mother, Etta, plays the entire gig as the Jewish mother who makes food, lends money and offers advice to her sons. Loved it. Bravo Arnold!
