France’s Fury over Fakes

faux vuittonNot long ago, anything stamped Made in France held innate marketing edge. That is no longer the case, since great perfumes are made in Britain (Penhaligon’s), and serious cheese is being made in the US. But the mystique of French fashion remains, which is why the French government continues its battle with counterfeiting. So true. I have never understood the allure of fake products.

You know they you are carrying a fake and ohters are hardly fooled either!

Rather buy a cheap and cheerful non branded nice bag/accessory and carry it holding your head up high instead of carrying something fake and promoting crime.
