As a journalist, I have written a lot about France and the French. Now I am moving away from reporting and instead making handbags and jewelry. This, too, is very informed by my deep love of France. Even the name of the line—Hexagon—is a nickname for my second country. Here’s a piece from the debut season of the collection.
