what a great picture. those cars haven’t arrived to costa rica yet. but they should!!!! pollution and traffic and parking are such problems here. but they are behind the times with everythign, so cars aren’t any surprise.

Hello!
I have seen some information that there is free parking in August on Paris streets. Could you give me more detailed information on this? Where are the streets with the free parking? Are there any near the Rue Cler area? Is this only for the regular two hour period or can you park there all day?
