I can’t enlarge the photo and it looks to me that the x-ed out man is about to urinate on the seat. Either way, I love France.

Ha. I didn’t have my glasses on last night and along with some wine consumption, didn’t notice the details of the graphics. Funny also that the guy standing up has his hat on backward.
