I Iike the simple concept of La Chambre aux Confitures and the clean, streamlined presentation. Over 100 jellies and jams made by ten artisanal manufactures are divided into six categories: winter citrus, spring fruits, summer red fruits, summer yellow fruits, autumn fruits, and other fruits. There is also a selection of sweet and salty jams for cheese, meat & foie gras, and chutneys. I could put a full product list because all of them are so appetizing and appealing but I don’t want to jam the page with too many choices. (Sorry.) Some of the more tempting flavors are pineapple lime, green tomato, apricot & lavender, Cassis & violet, melon and hazelnut, and roasted pear with Calvados and fig and black olive are for cheeses. If you like more traditional flavors they have five types of apricot mixed with other flavors, raspberry, lemon-orange, fig, peaches from the vine, apple cinnamon, blueberry, and pear & ginger. La Chambre aux Confitures sells cute little colored plastic spoons to scoop out the jams and jellies. Prices range from 6 euros to 10 euros.
